High reliability; full lamination process; excellent integrated black effect; suitable for automotive and medical applications
The original glass undergoes a series of precise processing steps to become a protective cover lens: first, it is cut to size and edge-ground for smoothness; next, silk-screen ink printing is applied for functional or decorative patterns; then, an anti-reflective (AR) coating is added to reduce glare; finally, an anti-fingerprint (AF) spray is applied to enhance surface durability and touch experience.
CSG’ s self-developed sensor is bonded to the FPC and laminated onto the processed cover lens to form a TP module. The TP module is then seamlessly bonded to the display screen using either OCR lamination or OCA lamination technology, resulting in a fully laminated display module with high reliability and excellent integrated black effect.
