CSG produces anti-glare (AG) glass using the chemical etching method, and currently operates 4 AG etching lines with the capacity to process various soda-lime and high-aluminum glass substrates. CSG is capable of etching a wide range of glass types, including Corning, Asahi Glass, Nippon Sheet Glass, and various domestic brands.
Through a series of processes—applying acid-resistant film, frosting, chemical polishing and cleaning—we are able to produce AG glass with customized optical parameters.
In addition to conventional gloss meters, haze meters, and roughness meters, we are also equipped with the SMS-1000 sparkle meter, which enables precise testing of sparkle levels in AG glass across different pixel densities (ppi).
