CSG’s high-efficiency monocrystalline silicon cells offer outstanding performance for utility, commercial, and residential applications. Available in G12 (210mm) and upgraded M10 (183.75mm) formats, they deliver conversion efficiencies of up to 23.5% and 22.8% respectively. G12 is ideal for high-power 600W+ modules, while M10 balances cost and power, perfectly fitting existing production lines and distributed energy needs.
The cells adopt advanced multi-main grid technology, with optional SMBB designs. Fine grid silver paste and optimized main grid layout reduce resistance loss and enhance electrical performance. Both PERC and next-generation TOPCon/HJT technologies are supported.
With low-temperature welding, the cells are compatible with thin wafers (100μm). Multi-layer AR coatings and passivation ensure high light absorption and long-term stability. These cells are suitable for half-cell and shingled modules, offering high CTM performance, low LID, and strong adaptability across various PV system scenarios.
