The semi-reflective semi-transparent glass is manufactured using a continuous in-line magnetron sputtering coating line, which ensures high precision and consistent quality during layer deposition. In this process, a specialized semi-reflective and transparent layer is precisely applied to either the inner or outer surface of the glass.
Following this, meticulous silk-screen printing and a high-precision full lamination process are carried out to seamlessly integrate the visible and ink areas, resulting in a unified and refined appearance. The reflectivity and transmittance of the visible area are customizable, allowing the product to meet a wide range of design and functional requirements.
